Edith Greth and Wolfgang Neumann bid their retirement farewell

On 13 November, Zimmer Group bid farewell to two long-standing and valued employees as they entered retirement: Edith Greth and Wolfgang Neumann. During a ceremony, the valuable work that has made both of them valuable pillars of the company over the years was honoured.

Edith Greth, who has been working for Zimmer Group since 4 October 2011, has made a valuable contribution to the assembly of industrial damping technology through her high level of precision and commitment. As a reliable colleague and mentor, she was a tower of strength for many. With over 13 years of service, she will be remembered as an important member of the team.

Wolfgang Neumann, who began his career at Zimmer Group in February 2012, had a lasting impact on the assembly and development department. He provided decisive impetus with his technical expertise and innovative spirit. Even after more than 12 years, his commitment is an example to all Zimmer Group employees.

Numerous managers and colleagues attended the farewell, including Managing Director Günther Zimmer, Dieter Langenecker (Head of Assembly and Logistics), Ralph Reister (Head of Assembly Mechatronics), Julian Karcher (Head of Assembly PowerStop Dampers), Silvana Retsch (Head of Strategic HR Management) and member of the works council Alexander Ruppel. In a speech, the achievements of Edith Greth and Wolfgang Neumann were honoured and the time together was remembered.
