ZIMMER GROUP WELCOMES APPRENTICES AS SPECIALISTS
Three years ago, seventeen young people started their apprenticeships at the Zimmer Group - now they have taken their final exams: and as in previous years, all of the examinees successfully passed the final exam of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce with good to very good results. This had to be celebrated and so a ceremony was held in a large circle with the management, the trainers, the HR department and the works council, where the certificates were handed over.
Special achievements were also rewarded by the Zimmer Group with vouchers. For example, the newly qualified industrial mechanics Selami Bala, Luca Huck and Tobias Noack were presented with a token of appreciation from the management for their academic praise and Marcel Fischer, Jonas Zink and Daniel Keck were presented with a token of appreciation from the management for their academic and IHK praise.
The Zimmer Group attaches great importance to future-oriented and qualitative training and is pleased that all seventeen trainees will be taken on as skilled workers and thus remain loyal to the Zimmer Group.
For the coming training year, about twenty new trainees are to be hired and there is still the possibility to apply for the free places via the homepage. The future trainees can expect a great working atmosphere with motivated trainers, nice colleagues and a varied training program.
