Task & Solution
- Automation of the transport of gear wheels between two processing machines and needle embossing
- Use of the GEP5006IL 2-jaw parallel gripper with high gripping force and mechanical self-locking mechanism
- Safety: thanks to additional protection by means of a laser scanner, a conventional gripper with increased force can be used on the cobot
- Simple integration into the Universal Robots user interface (HMI)
