Automated removal with FANUC and GH6000

Hamrick Packaging Systems has successfully completed a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for four machines, including a drop packer, two sealers and a palletizer. A particular highlight of this delivery is a newly developed unpacking system that utilizes two FANUC M-710iC robotic arms in combination with our GH6000 grippers. The robots are designed to remove empty F-style gallon bottles from 2-, 3-, 4- and 6-bottle bliss or RSC resipper cartons. This solution impresses with its high flexibility and efficiency. The GH6000 gripper ideally complements the system and offers end-to-end automation with minimal manual intervention, high precision to ensure consistent product quality, fast cycle times to meet tight delivery deadlines and reliable performance in continuous operation. The cooperation with Hamrick was realized in close partnership with our sales partner H.H. Barnum Company.
